We ask that you never contact Payloadz or Paypal. They will not be able to help you because the files are stored at MEGA.

Please understand that our support is a manual process. In the worst case, it can take up to 24 hours for you to receive an answer. Please also check your spam folder. I have put together a list so that I can help you more quickly.

Question:
I only received a text file. Where is my video?

Answer:
After you have paid, you will automatically be redirected to Payloadz. There you will receive a text document with the link.
You must copy and paste this link into a browser and you can then access your video with the password: EFC2024!

Question:
The password: EFC2024 does not work! What should I do?

Answer:
Please enter the password correctly!
Please note!!! This symbol “!” is part of the password.

Question:
I was not redirected to Payloadz after payment. What should I do?

Answer:
Please check your emails.

Question:
I didn’t receive an email! What should I do?

Answer:
Please check the email linked to your Paypal.
